live visuals / VJ

Expanding from visuals making to light design and scenography design, and applying these at a big scale, the qualities of a space are researched, manipulated and directed in relation to the show it will host.

By using the visuals on one or multiple screens as a source of light, different colours, shapes and dynamic are employed to augment a club night or a dj set. Drawing from personal experiences as a dancer, music qualities such as tempo, rhythms, textures and climax are the value through which the visuals are operated, both manually (as in hand-controlled based on personal interpretation) and reactively (as audio-input operation and reaction programmed in the software).
