A ring of copper coil in incorporated into two objects: a finely shaped wearable and a white 'black' box. The copper coil gets activated when a magnet is applied on top, working as a speaker that can transmit audio source.
The mechanism of information is at the same time implicit and explicit. The digital audio track is transmitted to the coil, which just need one other component (the magnet) to function as audio output. But the electromagnetic forces are invisible to perception, thus adding a layer of mystery of it.
The addition of the gesture of activation, that requires the magnet to be put on top of the coil, also suggests a strange kind of ritual. It is up to the user, who decides when listening to the audio and how much making the gesture apparent.
